Order processing and delivery usually take 7–15 days after an order is placed. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on carrier scheduling, traffic, and transportation conditions.

Scheduling Your Delivery

The carrier will contact you before arrival to schedule your delivery. Please coordinate directly with the carrier to arrange an available delivery time.

A delivery appointment confirms the timing of your delivery. It does not include additional moving or assembly services.

Doorstep Delivery

Our delivery service is to your doorstep only.

We do not offer:

White-glove delivery
Inside placement or delivery to a room of your choice
Furniture assembly or installation services

These services are not available as paid upgrades through HIGOLD. Please arrange any assistance you may need to move the furniture inside and assemble it after delivery.

Furniture Assembly & Instructions

Our furniture is designed for straightforward self-assembly. Assembly instructions are included with your furniture, and the steps may vary by product.

An electronic assembly guide may not be available on every product page. If you cannot locate the instructions included with your furniture, need clarification, or would like to review the guide before purchasing, please contact cs@higoldonline.com with the product name, product link, or SKU. Our customer service team can send you the relevant assembly guide.

Providing assembly instructions or guidance does not include an on-site assembly or installation service.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your furniture and packaging upon receipt.

If you notice damage, missing parts, or a possible quality issue, please contact cs@higoldonline.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected items. Please retain the original packaging, accessories, and instructions while we review the issue.

We will assist you in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
